KV260のデモを動かす

前回の続きです.

これにそってとりあえず動かしてみたいと思います.どうやらSmartcamというデモを動かすことができるみたいです.IASコネクタのカメラ以外にもUSBカメラが使えるみたいです.これは助かる.(ただしRAWで出力できる解像度とフレームレートに制限されます.普通のUSB2.0の安価なカメラだと720p5fpsくらいしか出力できないかも.)

Ubuntu版とPetalinux版が提供されているようです.せっかくなのでUbuntu版を動かしてみることにしましたが動きませんでした←結論

基本的にはこれ通りやっていくだけです.

これを使って書き込みました.Windows版もMac版もあって助かる.イメージはここにあります.

各種接続

HDMIやSDカード,LANケーブル,USBケーブルなどを接続し最後にACアダプタを差し込みます,電源ボタンはありません.そのまま電源が入ります.電源を入れる前にTeraTermなどのシリアルポートターミナルを開いておくとログが見れます.

自分の場合,WindowsですがUSBケーブルを接続すると開発ボード上のFT4232HLに電源が供給され仮想COMポートとして認識しました.接続するとCOM3,4,5,6が現れ,そのうちブートログがでたのはCOM4でした.小さい番号2つが有効なようです.大きい2つは何なんでしょうか.

起動しました.初回はpetalinuxとユーザー名を入れるとパスワード登録をすることができます.

アプリをインストールする

基本的にこれ通りです.順番に実行してみてください.

sudo xmutil getpkgs
sudo dnf install packagegroup-kv260-smartcam.noarch
sudo xmutil listapps
sudo xmutil unloadapp
sudo xmutil loadapp kv260-smartcam

ここからアプリを実行します.

sudo smartcam --usb 0 -W 640 -H 480 -r 30 --target dp

みたまんまですが,640*480 30fpsで動作させます.また,/dev/video0のデバイスを指定しています.普通のUSBカメラはMjpegで圧縮されたものをUSB経由で送っていると思います.このアプリではJpegdecをしないようなのでRAWで入力しなければいけません.カメラによってRAW(YUY2やYUV420など)で出力できる解像度とフレームレートが決まっており,適切なものを選択する必要があります.お高いUSBカメラだとUSB3.0で非圧縮なのに4K30fpsとか送れるものもありますね.(研究でよくお世話になってる)

動いている様子です.

他にもアプリを動かせるみたいです.

sudo smartcam -u 0 -t dp -a ssd -s -W 640 -H 480

sudo smartcam -u 0 -t dp -a refinedet -s -W 640 -H 480

適当ですみません.とりあえず動かしただけでした.あまり仕組みがよくわかっていないのでどの回路使ってどんなことができるかよく考えて見たいと思います.
